A total of 41 people were sentenced recently in Lycoming County for various crimes.
Two people were sentenced to state prison. They are:
• Lenard N. Dubose, 33, of 23 N. Main St., Apartment No. 3, Muncy; 18 to 42 months and a drug and alcohol assessment for delivery of a controlled substance.
• Susan M. Carr, 40, of 337 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore; 12 to 48 months for simple assault.
Sixteen people were sentenced to county prison. They are:
• Joseph F. Hazen III, 26, of 2315 Bear Pen Hollow Road; four to 9 months,
• Trent M. Smith, 19, of 62 Pine St.; three to five months and 50 hours of community service or online theft classes for retail theft.
• Rashay B. Morton, 38, of 337 Walnut St., Apartment No. 2C; 73 days to 12 months and an anger management screening for simple assault.
• Veronica M. Clements, 31, of 2216 W. Fourth St.; 37 days to 12 months and 50 hours of community service for burglary.
• Ronald J. Wilford, 27, of 1030 High Street; 30 days to 12 months, a $500 fine, and 5 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana.
• Tiffany M. Sellers, 31, of 157 E. Water St., Muncy; One to three months and 24 months probation for delivery of a controlled substance.
• Christopher D. Geary, 36, of Ogdensburg, New York; 15 to 30 days and $1,624 in restitution for simple assault.
• Kevin S. Dewitt, 48, 277 Truman St., Apartment 2, Trout Run; 14 days to six months and 50 hours of community service for reckless endangerment of another person.
• Sheldon J. Staron, 41, of 724 Pennsylvania Ave.; seven days to six months, 12 months intermediate punishment with 60 days electronic monitoring, a $1,000 fine, DUI education and a drug and alcohol assessment for endangering the welfare of a child and DUI.
• Joshua C. Feigles, 36, of 203 Carpenter St., Muncy; seven to 17 days for theft by unlawful taking.
• Raeshondra Nichele, 31, of 1231 Park Ave.; five days to 12 months, 24 months probation, and 50 hours of community service for criminal mischief and reckless endangerment of another person.
• Stanley S. Bates, 32, of 686 Second Ave.; five days to six months for contempt of a protection from abuse order.
• Kyseer Wright, 20, of 952 Memorial Ave.; five to 11 days for possession of a small amount of marijuana.
• Victor E. Booth, 37, of 674 First Avenue; four to eight days for possession of a small amount of marijuana.
• Joseph T. Pontius, 34, of 4860 Route 220; two to four days for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• John C. Walker, no age listed, of 420 Wilson St.; 72 hours to six months, a $1,050 fine, a drug and alcohol assessment, DUI education classes, and 35 hours of community service for possession of a small amount of marijuana and DUI.
Five people were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They are:
• Francis J. Klemovich, 66, of 5077 Route 654, South Williamsport; 60 months intermediate punishment with 6 months electronic monitoring, a $1,500 fine, DUI education, a drug and alcohol assessment and 50 hours of community service for DUI.
• Elisha J. Cramer, 44, of 2850 Cochran Ave.; DuBoistown; 24 months intermediate punishment with 6 months and 15 days electronic monitoring, DUI education classes, 100 hours of community service and a $1,000 fine for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to distribute cocaine and DUI.
• Billy C. Bird, 38, of 1316 Broad St., Montoursville; six months intermediate punishment with 10 days electronic monitoring, 12 months probation, a $500 fine, DUI education, and 50 hours of community service for DUI and endangering the welfare of a child.
• Jessica L. Peluso, 29, of 1657 Pondall Circle; six months intermediate punishment with 14 days electronic monitoring, six months probation, DUI education, a drug and alcohol assessment and 100 hours of community service for endangering the welfare of a child and DUI.
• Earnest Sharr, 41, of 24 Fourth St., Apartment No. 2; six months intermediate punishment with five days electronic monitoring, a $1,050 fine, 50 hours of community service DUI education and a drug and alcohol assessment for DUI and Driving on a suspended license.
Thirteen people were sentenced to probation. They are:
• Colin J. Snyder, 28, of 1455 Scott St.; five years probation and $3,965 in restitution for food stamp fraud.
• Richard W Pepperman, 33, of 750 W. Edwin St., Apartment No. 2E; two years probation, a mental health evaluation, a drug and alcohol assessment and 25 hours of community service for disorderly conduct.
• Kaden L. Hutchinson, 24, of 323 Center St.; two years probation and a $1,500 fine for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Marisa R. Shaffer, 34, of 637 Washington Boulevard; rear first floor, two years probation, 50 hours of community service and online theft classes for retail theft.
• Tiffany M. Toner, 38, of 400 S. Broad St., Jersey Shore; 18 months probation, a drug and alcohol evaluation and 50 hours of community service for theft by deception and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Cody A. Clark, 31, of 239 Fourth St, Renova; 18 months probation, 50 hours of community service, a mental health assessment, and a drug and alcohol assessment for retail theft.
• Samantha A. Matthews, 31, of 842 Diamond St., Apartment No. 2n; 18 months probation for retail theft.
• Nakia M. Folly, 21, of 1614 High St.; 15 months probation, a letter of apology and 50 hours of community service for disorderly conduct and harassment.
• Gregory J. Garman, 52, of 1028 Edison heights Road, Sunbury; 12 months probation, a drug and alcohol assessment and 50 hours of community service for possession of a controlled substance.
• Willie Garcia, 38, of 946 Memorial Ave.; 2nd floor, 12 months probation, a $300 fine and 50 hours of community service for public drunkenness and possession of a controlled substance.
• Jacob D. Probst, 23, of 21 E. New Road, Linden; six months probation and 25 hours of community service for theft by unlawful taking.
• Jayna L. Heinbach, no age listed, of 422 Brandon Ave.; Unit 1, six months probation, a drug and alcohol assessment and 25 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Brandi L. Speck, 39, of 210 Smith Circle, Linden; six months probation with 14 days electronic monitoring, a $325 fine, a drug and alcohol assessment, DUI education classes and 55 hours of community service for DUI.
Five people were ordered to pay fines. They are:
• Danyel H. Fabiano, no age listed, of 122 E. Lime Bluff Road, Hughesville; $300 for disorderly conduct; a drug and alcohol assessment, DUI classes, 50 hours of community service and a $1,000 fine for fleeing, flight to avoid apprehension, and DUI.
• Jonathan T. Emerick, 31, of 1710 Loyalsock Drive, Apartment No. 7; $500 for disorderly conduct.
• Travis C. Klinger, 33, of 11068 Route 14, Ralston; a $137 fine for disorderly conduct.
• Corrie Cowlay-Saunders, 22, of 929 W. Fourth St., Apartment No. 8; $100 for disorderly conduct.
• Joseph M. Martin, 26, of 1054 Vine Ave.; $100 for possession of drug paraphernalia.
