Farrell police

• Ti’airrah Turner, 32, of 700 Beechwood Ave., Apartment A, Farrell, was charged with aggravated assault, assault and reckless endangerment after a reported incident at 6 a.m. July 20 at her home. Police said she struck a woman with a mallet and bit the woman, causing visible injuries.

• Khamary Jewel Bonner, 27, Youngstown, Ohio, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at 9:34 p.m. July 8 at Sharon-New Castle Road and French Street. Police said she had a package that contained 2.7 grams of a substance suspected to be THC, the intoxicant in marijuana.

Hermitage police

• Ivelisse Marie Hernandez, 25, of Buffalo, N.Y., was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after police were dispatched at 3:34 p.m. July 20 to an apartment in the 300 block of Rexford Drive. Police said they found a substance suspected to be marijuana in a sandwich bag. 

• Marquail Maliek Freeman, 25, of 612 Stevenson St., Farrell, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at 4:45 p.m. July 13 in the 2500 block of the Shenango Valley Freeway. Police said he was found to have marijuana in a sandwich bag.

• Melissa Marie Blough, 41, of 582 Spruce Ave., Sharon, was charged with theft after an incident at 3:29 p.m. July 17 at Walmart, 1275 S. Hermitage Road. Police said Blough, an employee at the time, took money out of the register.

• Douglas Matthew Diclaudio, 31, of 1545 Parke Drive, Apartment 2A, Hermitage, was charged with furnishing drug-free urine after a reported incident at 8:37 p.m. July 22 at his home. Police said he provided a Pennsylvania Probation and Parole agent with a urine sample that was not his.

• Paul Andrew Likens, 38, of 41A Cohasset Drive, Hermitage, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at 4:12 a.m. July 18 at Highland Road and Lyle Drive. Police said he had a clear glass container with a substance suspected to be marijuana in it, plastic container that contained what appeared to be marijuana buds, a sandwich bag containing marijuana, two marijuana cigarettes, a marijuana pipe containing marijuana and a cigarette package containing three marijuana cigarettes.

Sharon police

• Kyle Brennan Dunlevy, 28, of 320 Sterling Ave., Apartment E201, Sharon, was charged July 28 with arson and causing a catastrophe after a reported incident at 5:40 a.m. July 5 in the 500 block of A Street. Police said he threw a bottle containing an accelerant and a rag onto a tent occupied by two people, catching the tent on fire.

• Melissa Kay Woods, 49, of 203 Pearrell Drive, Sharon, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at 3:47 a.m. July 24 at East Budd and Dock streets. Police said they found two sandwich bags that contained a green leafy substance suspected to be marijuana.

• Terran D. Page-Hughes, 31, of 308 Malleable St., Sharon, was charged with possession with intent to deliver and fleeing or attempting to elude an officer after a reported incident at 9 p.m. July 25 in the 600 block of South Oakland Avenue. Police said he had 15.4 grams of a substance suspected to be crack cocaine. Police said he drove away from officers when they tried to make a traffic stop.

• Brianna Renee Waibel, 26, Murrysville, was charged with institutional vandalism and public drunkenness after a reported incident at 7:01 p.m. July 23 in the 1000 block of Sherman Avenue. Police said she urinated in the rear of a police cruiser after being placed under arrest. Police said she admitted to inhaling gasoline fumes and displayed signs of intoxication.

• Rashaud Carlandous Hampton, 22, of 189 Orchard St., Sharon, was charged with carrying a firearm without a license, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at 12:59 p.m. July 23 on North Dock Street and State Street. Police said they found a loaded handgun under the driver’s seat of his vehicle. Police said they searched Hampton and found a plastic bag of marijuana that weighed 17.8 grams, a sandwich bag of marijuana that weighed 3.3 grams and a marijuana cigarette.

• George Anderson Clark III, no known address, was charged with trespassing and stalking after a reported incident at 9:04 a.m. July 20 in the 200 block of Mesabi Street. Police said he kicked through the front door of a residence.

• Darryl Darnell Winley, 30, of 663 Cedar Ave., Sharon, was charged with fleeing or attempting to elude an officer after a reported incident at 9:03 p.m. July 20 in the 600 block of Cedar Avenue. Police said he drove away from a Sharon police officer who was trying to stop his vehicle.

• Raymond Roy Ondic Jr., 33, New Castle, was charged with corruption of minors and indecent assault of a person younger than 16 in a reported incident April 18 in the 300 block of East Connelly Boulevard. Police said he grabbed a person’s buttocks.

• Gerald Quentell Amon Baker, 29, of 443 Colonial Court, Apartment 3, Sharpsville, was charged with assault and harassment after a reported incident at 3:27 p.m. July 18 at New Castle Avenue and Plum Street. Police said he grabbed a woman by her hair and threw her onto a road and caused a minor injury.

• Brian Keith Truax, 54, of 325 Columbia St., Apartment 423, Sharon, was charged with indecent assault after a reported incident at 8 p.m. July 10 at his home. Police said he is accused of touching a person in a sexual manner without consent.

• Jamar Brandon Tarver, 24, of 479 B Street, downstairs apartment, Sharon, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after a reported incident at 11:10 p.m. July 19 at his home. Police said they found a sandwich bag with 3.1 grams of a green leafy substance in his pocket.

• Frank L. Jennings III, 52, Pittsburgh, was charged with strangulation, harassment and assault after a reported incident at 9:14 p.m. July 19 in the 700 block of Pearl Street. Police said he put a woman’s neck, and shoved and hit her.

Sharpsville police

• Colton Addison Baptiste, 18, Butler, was charged with making terroristic threats and harassment after a reported incident at 10:05 p.m. July 19 on North Mercer Avenue and Cedar Street. Police said he threatened to have someone killed.

• Desiree Dellibovi, 37, of 29 E. Shenango St., Sharpsville, was charged with robbery, theft, receiving stolen property, theft from a motor vehicle, harassment and criminal mischief after a reported incident at 4:46 p.m. July 18 on East Shenango and Cedar streets. Police said she shoved and kicked a woman, and took her wallet. Police said Dellibovi also stole a bag containing $120 from the victim’s car.
