A spokesperson for the police department said the actual shooting location is not known

LEMAY, Mo. — A 21-year-old man was shot in Saturday night.

According to the St. Louis County Police Department, a 21-year-old man suffered a non-life threatening gunshot wound after purchasing marijuana.

The man then went to Schnucks in Lemay to report the shooting around 8:20 p.m. A spokesperson for the police department said the actual shooting location is not known.

In an email Schnucks provided the following statement,

“Our Asset Protection team is working with the St. Louis County Police Department, but we don’t have any further information at this time.”
