GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – An Alachua County after-school coordinator is now on administrative leave after she confessed to giving marijuana to a minor.

Amber Alexander has pleaded guilty to giving the drug to her boyfriend’s daughter who is a minor. Alexander works at Newberry Elementary school and she has agreed to pay a fine of $250.

The school district is now investigating.
