LISBON — A May 26 preliminary hearing was set in County Municipal Court for Aaron C. Walter, 26, South Street, Alliance, charged with domestic violence. Walter is accused of slapping the mother of his unborn child multiple times and spitting in her face on Tuesday.

A May 28 pretrial was set for Luke A. Wellman, 32, West Pershing Street, Salem, charged with possession of marijuana, obstructing official business, resisting arrest and two counts of marijuana paraphernalia. Wellman allegedly fled on foot across a roadway Thursday when police attempted to serve him with two marijuana-related citations from his alleged actions on Sunday.
