Snapp joins a seasoned team of practice members that includes: Abbee Phillips, Mike Neff, Liza Stokes, Pete Haessig, and a team of dedicated research and business development associates.
Snapp brings more than 25 years of executive search experience and trusted partnerships with members of the sector’s C-Suites, Boards, and Private Equity Owners. Prior to joining JM Search, she served as a Vice President at Herbert Mines Associates (HMA), a retained executive search firm for consumer and retail companies. Snapp has a proven track record of delivering impactful results across a broad range of assignments for domestic and international brands in fashion, retail, digital, home, services and consumer goods. Her placements include Chief Executive Officers and their direct reports, as well as functional leaders in merchandising, marketing, digital, stores, human resources, legal, revenue, and IT.
