LISBON – In county Municipal Court, Jonathon J. Castelucci, 40, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was fined $150 and sentenced to five days in jail for disorderly conduct.

An Aug. 4 pretrial was set for Stephanie N. Murphy, 30, New Garden Avenue, Salem, charged with misuse of credit cards.

A June 15 pretrial was set for Trent A. Marcum, 24, North Madison Avenue, Salem, charged with theft and criminal trespassing.

A July 30 pretrial was set for Amy L. Williamson, 29, Clearfield Drive, Mineral Ridge, charged with OVI first offense and a marked lanes violation.

Keith M. Nix, 36, Beachwood, was charged $150 for possession of marijuana.

An Aug. 17 pretrial was set for Nicholas Hays, 18, Maple Street, Rogers, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and failure to yield at a right of way.

Julia L. James, 24, Grafton, was charged $150 for possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

An Aug. 27 pretrial was set for Travis J. Riggs, 38, Old Monroeville Heights, Salineville, charged with OVI first offense, no motorcycle endorsement and failure to control.

Robert A. Settle, 45, Wooster, was fined $100 for possession of marijuana.

Michael J. Siedentopf, 56, East Taggart Street, East Palestine, was fined $100 for animals at large. Siedentopf was unable to restrain his dog, which bit a girl on the sidewalk.

Lilliana M. Keen, 18, Old Elm Street, Canton, was fined $150 for possession of marijuana.

A July 27 pretrial was set for Brian P. Tewksbury, 29, Sebring, charged with theft. Tewksbury allegedly stole two bottles of vodka from Barnett’s Drive-Thru in Salem.

A July 30 pretrial was set for Douglas P. Risinger, 40, Richardson Avenue, Negley, charged with failure to stop after an accident involving an injury, driving under suspension, failure to control and traffic control devices.

A July 30 pretrial was set for Angelina M. Carosella, 45, Beard Road, New Springfield, charged with OVI first offense, crossing a divided highway, open container and a seat belt violation.
