The residents of the Village of Seneca have spoken by voting “yes” to allowing adult-based cannabis businesses into the Village.  Seneca Mayor Jeff Olson said the next step is for the Planning Commission to prepare an amendment to their zoning code and hold a public hearing.

After the public hearing, the Planning Commission will make a recommendation to the Village Council.  The Village Council will then vote on passing an ordinance accepting the amendments to the zoning code.
