Shansan “Chance” Chambers | Founder of 420 Ultimate Tours
Shansan “Chance” Chambers is an Arizona-based cannabis entrepreneur with more than five years of experience in the industry. He is the owner and founder of 420 Ultimate Tours and Mwisho Cannabis products, named after the Swahili word for ultimate.
Raised by his grandmother in Phoenix, Chance was the first in his family to graduate from college and received his degree from Grand Canyon University. He was inspired to enter the cannabis space after learning his grandmother was diagnosed with breast cancer. After months of involvement, Chance recognized a need for more dynamic, patient-focused education, especially for seniors. In 2017, he established 420 Ultimate Tours which offers dispensary tours, community and private events catering to different patient demographics.
420 Ultimate Tours has worked with some of the most recognized brands in the industry, including Vapen, Grow Sciences, and the national organization Women Grow.
420 Ultimate Tours is currently operating in Arizona with plans to open in all markets, starting with California and Michigan. As one of the few black cannabis business owners in the community, Chance is motivated to grow and diversify the industry as well as serve as a role model for the next generation of entrepreneurs.
