Telltale chunk of marijuana on a shirt leads police to cash and drugs.
Failure to use a turn signal landed one man in jail and led police to marijuana and a cooler full of money.
Shortly after 8 p.m., Saturday, the Wichita Falls police Gang Task Force stopped a car driven by Jamaal Lewis for failing to use a turn signal, according to the arrest affidavit.
