The announcement comes just days after the Arkansas Department of Health authorized emergency measures expanding the allowable uses of telemedicine services in an effort to stem the spread of COVID-19.

The company stated that telemedicine appointments will begin taking place the week of April 19. The use of telemedicine will allow patients to meet with certified physicians and receive their medical marijuana recommendation from the comfort and safety of their own home. The evaluation process is straightforward, and patients will be able to access the HIPAA compliant video-conferencing platform on any computer or smartphone.
