CBD of Denver (OTCPK:CBDD -6.2%) has agreed to purchase a wholesale Cannabis operation in Switzerland with closure expected within 15 days.

The operation is responsible for wholesale sales of CBD oil, Cannabis Biomass, Cannabis flower and other retail products to retail and wholesale operations across Switzerland and other EU countries that have legalized CBD and cannabis goods.
