LISBON — In county Municipal Court, a July 23 pretrial was set for Devin S. Earich, 25, Columbia Street, Leetonia, charged with three counts of telecommunications harassment and three counts of aggravated menacing. Earich allegedly caused Sarah Ewing to believe he was going to burn down her house. He also allegedly caused Jana Chapman to believe that he would cause serious physical harm to her and her children. Earich also allegedly told Shawn Chapman that he was going to kill him.

James M.L. Crites, 22, Sharp Avenue, Salem, was sentenced to 90 days in jail, fined $150 and ordered 40 hours of community service for theft. Crites Jr. stole over $350 worth of items at Walmart in Salem.

Alora Terese Vancooney, 20, Franklin Avenue, Salem, was sentenced to 90 days in jail, fined $150 and ordered 40 hours of community service for theft. Vancooney and her boyfriend, James M.L. Crites Jr. stole over $350 worth of items over a two-month period at Walmart in Salem while she was an employee.

Joshua R. Monday, 39, South Howard Avenue, Salem, was sentenced to 120 days in jail, fined $400 and ordered 40 hours of community service for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Monday grabbed a patrolman’s badge and refused arrest after getting into the patrolman’s face multiple times.

Tyler W. McCaslin, 32, West Perry Street, Salem, was sentenced to 20 days in jail and fined $300 for possession of a drug abuse instrument and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Andrew Irwin, 21, Park Avenue, Salem, was sentenced to 30 days in jail, fined $300 and ordered 30 hours of community service for failure to stop after an accident and failure to control.

An Aug. 4 pretrial was set for Heather M. Huffman, 42, West Wilson Street, Salem, charged with OVI first offense and marked lanes.

A Sept. 15 pretrial was set for Alex D. Cook, 26, Mullins Street, Salem, charged with OVI first offense, OVI breath .08 gram first offense and failure to control.

Justin A. Zimmerly, 33, East Main Street, East Palestine, was sentenced to 30 days in jail, fined $150 and ordered 40 hours of community service for disorderly conduct.

A Sept. 14 pretrial was set for Jacob D. Keenan, 28, South 14th Street, Sebring, charged with assault. Keenan allegedly beat up his girlfriend.

A Sept. 10 pretrial was set for Shawn Hunter, 42, Iris Drive, Toronto, charged with OVI first offense, OVI breath .08 gram first offense and traffic control devices.

Ashley D. House, 32, West Pershing Street, Salem, was fined $150 for possession of marijuana.

Laura L. Wade, 30, State Street, Steubenville, was fined $150 for possession of marijuana.

Samuel J. Brown, 30, Furnace Road, Lisbon, was fined $150 for possession of marijuana.

A Sept. 14 pretrial was set for Tyler L. Knox, 26, Farrell, Pa., charged with OVI first offense and possession of marijuana.

A July 30 pretrial was set for Joshua C. Kersey, 38, Sixth Street, Wellsville, charged with violation of a protection order.

A Sept. 1 pretrial was set for Jonathan Shellenberger, 30, West Eighth Street, Salem, charged with two counts of driving under OVI suspension.
