Seven people are now facing charges in connection with a cocaine trafficking organization based in Saugerties.

The investigation, dubbed “Operation Co-Co,” began in 2019 and involved federal, state and local authorities.

Officials are identifying Russell Neglia as the leader of the organization with Roger Hummer II as his co-conspirator.

They say the two were receiving cocaine from Michael Manor and re-distributing it throughout Ulster and Greene counties.

Three kilograms of cocaine, more than 140 pounds marijuana, and more than $68,000 in cash were allegedly seized.

Four others were also arrested.
