Avi Mandel, 30, of Teaneck, was arrested after investigators said tests revealed that the child had tested positive for the drug, NJ.com reported. He was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.
