Freddie’s announced this week that home delivery for both medical and recreational marijuana products will begin for the Bay City, Saginaw and Midland areas on Tuesday, April 14.

Clio-based Freddie’s is the first marijuana shop in the area to offer this level of service for home delivery to customers.

“There has been an excellent response from customers when we began home delivery of Freddie’s products in the Clio area,” said Nicole and Barry Goodman, Freddie’s owners. “Home delivery is an easy way for recreational marijuana customers and medical marijuana patients to get Freddie’s without having to leave their residences.

“We look forward to delivering the Freddie’s lifestyle to customers and patients in Bay City, Saginaw, and Midland areas,” the Goodman’s stated. “We’re here to make people happy.”

“Our plan is to expand our delivery service to other parts of the state in coming weeks,” they added.

Orders need to be placed two days in advance using the Freddie’s website: http://freddiesjoint.com/ . Orders must be for $200 or more and there is no delivery charge. State mandated limits, 2.5 ounces of marijuana or equivalent product per day, are still in place. The customer placing the order must be the one receiving the order when the delivery is made. Deliveries will be made between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m.

Freddie’s continues to offer curbside delivery at 10092 N. Dort Highway, Clio. It is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week.
