Chairman Richard Hylen stated, “Currently our subsidiary Proscere Bioscience has completed its testing and will move forward with manufacturing the pending extraction systems and initial $20M in orders; we are now contracted to manufacture systems for a company based in Northern California that services the cannabis grower on the west coast.
