TULSA, Okla. –

Tulsa County Deputies arrested a man who they said had 80 pounds of marijuana leaves and trimmings in his truck.

Deputies pulled over Kenneth Davie on Highway 75 for not having a license plate. Deputies said the leaves were stuffed in a sack in the bed of the truck.

They said Davie claimed he found it all in a dumpster, but deputies believe it was stolen.

He was arrested for possession of marijuana and a previous felony warrant.
