So ALOT of people had questions as to why i stripped her so hard before i flipped. I hope you will see that everything is ok in this video.

As long as you have a healthy plant and your roots are big and strong she will recover very nice after just a day or 2. Then you will see that shes a bush and it will allow more light to get inside the plant.

We are going to wait until the 3 weeks of stretch are over before we can strip 1 last time. This way we can have the light focus on that buds and not building leaves.
