Employees at Geisinger Philipsburg recently found a small amount of marijuana and a smoking device in the waiting room of the medical center, PSP at Rockview said.

Police were called to 210 Medical Centre Drive in Rush Township around 3:43 p.m. on March 5 after employees located a cloth draw string bag with drugs inside.

“There was no indication of who left the bag in the room,” investigating officer Donald Kraft wrote in a recent press release.

The incident is being investigated as drug possession.
