Police activity reported June 19-28:

June 28 — Amanda Hines, 33, 290 Idaho Ave., Salem, was charged with drug abuse (methamphetamine) and was arrested on a warrant out of Clermont County following a traffic stop on Lisbon Street.

June 27 — Joshua Brown, 26, 1486 Cummings Blvd., Madison, was charged with drug abuse (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Lisbon Street.

June 27 — Toria Courtney, 18, 981 E. State St., Alliance, was charged with drug abuse (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia, and Breanna Carver, 20, 856 W. Tennessee Ave., Sebring, was charged with drug abuse (marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia, and underage possession of alcohol following a traffic stop on Boardman-Canfield Road.

June 24 — A 16-year-old Kinsman boy was charged with no operator’s license, a 16-year-old Warren boy was charged with wrongful entrustment, a 17-year-old Warren boy was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, a 16-year-old Youngstown girl was charged with drug abuse (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia, and a 17-year-old Youngstown girl was charged with falsification following a traffic stop on Sawmill Run Drive.

June 23 — Larry Starkey, 32, 363 Mallet Road, Freeport, Fla., was charged with possession of drug abuse instruments and possession of drug paraphernalia, and Amber Calhoun, 20, 1518 Texas Ave., Lynn Haven, Fla., was charged with possession of drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Talsman Drive,

June 23 — Daniel McDonald, 22, 3118 Sixth St., Canton, was charged with drug abuse (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on West Main Street.

June 21 — Following a report of a female resident being bitten by a dog while walking in the 200 block of Sawmill Run Drive, Jessica Kohler, 41, 256 Sawmill Run Drive, Canfield, was cited for dog running at large.

June 20 — Following a report of two babies left unattended with the windows closed in a vehicle parked at the U.S. Post Office, 44 N. Broad St., an investigation was conducted and Yasmine Hassan, 37, 234 Hood Drive, Canfield, was charged with child endangerment.

June 19 — Carlos Morales, 19, 3014 Southern Blvd., Youngstown, was charged with drug abuse (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on West Main Street.
