— Adam Nicholas Bohn, of Newport, Pa., charged with two counts criminal attempt-aggravated assault-attempts to cause serious bodily injury with extreme indifference, two counts aggravated assault-attempts to cause or causes bodily injury with deadly weapon, criminal mischief-damage property, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, three counts simple assault, receiving stolen property, accident involving damage to attended vehicle/property, driving without a license, reckless driving, waived for court.
— Ryan Christopher Cannon, of Doylestown, Pa., charged with marijuana-small amount personal use and purchase etc. alcoholic beverage by a minor, waived for court.
— Joseph Montreal Fowler, of Fayetville, N.C., charged with theft by unlawful taking-movable property, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property, waived for court.
— Keith Eugene Fry, of Williamsport, charged with theft by unlawful taking-movable property and receiving stolen property, waived for court.
–Randy Lee Fuller, of Jersey Shore, driving under the influence-second offense, driving while blood alcohol content is 0.02 or greater while license is suspended, driving unregistered vehicle, vehicle registration suspended, operating a vehicle without required financial receipts, disregard traffic lane, careless driving, no rear lights, waived for court.
— Ethan Robert Kolb, of Blanchard, charged with driving under the influence at a minor-first offense and off-road lighting, waived for court.
