LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges.

— Adam Nicholas Bohn, of Newport, Pa., charged with two counts criminal attempt-aggravated assault-attempts to cause serious bodily injury with extreme indifference, two counts aggravated assault-attempts to cause or causes bodily injury with deadly weapon, criminal mischief-damage property, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, three counts simple assault, receiving stolen property, accident involving damage to attended vehicle/property, driving without a license, reckless driving, waived for court.

— Ryan Christopher Cannon, of Doylestown, Pa., charged with marijuana-small amount personal use and purchase etc. alcoholic beverage by a minor, waived for court.

— Joseph Montreal Fowler, of Fayetville, N.C., charged with theft by unlawful taking-movable property, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property, waived for court.

— Keith Eugene Fry, of Williamsport, charged with theft by unlawful taking-movable property and receiving stolen property, waived for court.

–Randy Lee Fuller, of Jersey Shore, driving under the influence-second offense, driving while blood alcohol content is 0.02 or greater while license is suspended, driving unregistered vehicle, vehicle registration suspended, operating a vehicle without required financial receipts, disregard traffic lane, careless driving, no rear lights, waived for court.

— Ethan Robert Kolb, of Blanchard, charged with driving under the influence at a minor-first offense and off-road lighting, waived for court.

— Raymond A. Mooney III, charged with Renovo, charged with simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, criminal mischief-damage property and harassment, waived for court.

— Nina Louisa Morgan, of Lock Haven, charged with aggravated assault-attempts to cause serious bodily injury or causes injury with extreme indifference, aggravated assault-attempts to cause or causes bodily injury with deadly weapon, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person, waived for court.

— Demetri A. Perkins, of Mill Hall, charged with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked, waived for court.

— Demetri A. Perkins, of Mill Hall, charged with Lock Haven, charged with theft by deception-false impression and conspiracy-theft by deception, waived for court.

— Charles John Shaffer, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence of solvent or noxious substance-second offense, smell/inhale toxic releasing substances, driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked and driving an unregistered vehicle, waived for court.

— David Allen Styers, of Mill Hall, charged with receiving stolen property, theft by unlawful taking, marijuana-small amount personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, waived for court.

— Colton Leroy Wagner, of Mill Hall, charged with two count adulteration/mutilization/destroy label, initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, four counts marijuana-small amount personal use and eight counts use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

— Jason Arlington Young, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance-first offense, failure to carry registration, failure to carry license, disregard traffic lane, prohibiting text-based communications and careless driving, waived for court.

— Hailey Michelle Woodward, of Lock Haven, charged with burglary-overnight accommodation, no person present, theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and two counts receiving stolen property, waived for court.
