Of the many ways one could consume cannabis –smoke it, eat it, vape it, dab it– much debate swirls around the pros and cons of using a vaporizer for marijuana versus traditional smoking.

Marijuana editor Ricardo Baca is joined on The Cannabist Show by Neos co-founder Guy Rocourt, whose company makes vape pens and electronic vaporization oil, and Starbuds dispensary owner Brian Ruden. The trio discuss whether there is science to back up the claim that vaporizing cannabis is safer than smoking flower, and if the high is the same.
